Cookie Policy

Effective from 12 July 2026

Cookies are small files that a web application stores in your browser. The Volaryx service (operator: Ondřej Hubáček, Company ID (IČO): 07371578, contact: info@volaryx.com) uses only technical cookies necessary for it to function. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Necessary technical cookies do not require consent under applicable law — without them, the application would not work (for example, you would not be able to log in).

To understand how people use the calculator (for example, how many people complete a price calculation), we use PostHog. Website and calculator visitors are measured under a random identifier; in the signed-in administration, the journey is linked to the company’s technical ID, not its name or email. PostHog does not store cookies — data is kept in the browser’s local storage (localStorage) — and the data stays on servers within the European Union.

Which cookies we use

CookiePurposeDuration
sb-…-auth-tokenSigning in to the administration panel (securely maintaining the signed-in session). For the duration of the session
vlx_jazykRemembering your chosen interface language (only set once you choose a language other than the default).Until you change it
vlx_firmaOnly for the service operator when providing account support (never set for regular users). For the duration of the support session

In addition to cookies, we use the browser’s local storage (localStorage) to remember minor interface choices — for example, that you dismissed the cookie notice bar or hid the introductory tips. This data stays only in your browser and is never sent anywhere.

When paying for a subscription, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page, which uses its own technical cookies under its own policies.

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; however, necessary cookies will be recreated the next time you sign in, as the service would not work without them. You can delete the measurement data (PostHog) by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site. Should we ever introduce advertising or tracking cookies in the future, we will add them to this table and ask for your consent.
